The Sustainable Garden Awards recognise and celebrate the importance of sustainable gardens and landscapes in our urban environment.

The Sustainable Garden Awards are held in the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters every two years. This year nominations open 21 September and close 30 October 2020.

The Awards program is open to all residents, business owners, schools and community groups in the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters, who have a ‘sustainable story’ to share. This year we're excited to welcome our Award sponsors The Diggers Club and Jeffries.

The Awards are judged by our expert panel of horticulturists and gardeners. The winning entry in each category will receive a framed certificate and professional photos of the winning garden. In addition, the winners of residential, commercial and community will be awarded a prize.

In addition, free sustainable garden related workshops, webinars and more will take place concurrently.  You don't have to live in the Council area to take part in these unique learning experiences!
